Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment function, focusing on healthcare and non‑healthcare positions across the UAE and GCC. The role combines strategic hiring, compliance with Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR), and the management of international talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare and other roles, from sourcing to final selection support.
• Ensure all healthcare hires comply with Unified PQR and relevant regulatory standards.
• Manage international hiring initiatives, sourcing candidates from global markets and coordinating overseas workflows.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, overseeing daily operations and performance targets.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans.
• Maintain an accurate talent pipeline and keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for leadership review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Unified PQR requirements.
• Proven track record in international hiring and managing end‑to‑end overseas recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
