About the role
PSI Real Estate is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of Emirati talent. The ideal candidate thrives on meeting new people, asks insightful questions to assess potential, and is driven to exceed recruitment quotas while supporting Emiratization goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified Emirati candidates for current and future openings.
- Qualify or reject applicants based on interview feedback, resume reviews, and alignment with Emiratization objectives.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly quotas related to outreach calls and emails.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a diverse talent pool.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and high energy.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting recruitment quotas.
- Fluency in Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
