Senior Tax Analyst – Transfer Pricing & Compliance

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Senior Tax Analyst based in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in shaping transfer pricing policies, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting corporate restructuring and M&A activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align transfer pricing policies, methods, benchmarks and margins with corporate restructuring projects.
• Prepare annual transfer pricing control documentation and support the creation of Country‑by‑Country Report, Master File and Local Files.
• Validate existing intercompany agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.
• Assist internal stakeholders on M&A transactions, including preparation of SPAs, tax deeds and due diligence from both buyer and seller sides.
• Coordinate and review tax filings and payments (CIT, CIT advanced payments, Zakat, VAT, WHT, stamp duty) to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
• Manage tax credit monetisation processes and optimise tax planning through restructuring.
• Support external audits on tax and transfer pricing matters and handle tax accounting tasks such as tax provisions, deferred tax assets and reconciliation of tax GL accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance or Accounting is desirable.
• Proven experience in transfer pricing, tax compliance, corporate restructuring and M&A support.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
