About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join the administrative team of a fast‑growing, premium healthcare clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP system (1C: FirstBit preferred)
- Process supplier invoices, classify accounts, and manage cost centers
- Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers and counterparties
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements
- Record and reconcile all bank transactions and cash movements
- Manage fixed‑asset capitalization and depreciation
- Post additional income entries such as commissions and referral income
- Prepare and submit VAT reports in line with UAE regulations
- Support VAT refund documentation and corporate tax compliance
- Assist with internal and external audit processes and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations; corporate tax knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Immediate availability is advantageous
