Senior Technical Architect – High‑rise Projects

About the role

Talent Tide is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to support a prestigious client in the UAE, focusing on high‑rise building projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in architectural coordination, contracting, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages.
• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents.
• Manage subcontractors’ shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction.
• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen.
• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logs.
• Support QS/Commercial teams with design changes and variations.
• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience, with UAE experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals.
• Excellent coordination and contractual management skills.
• Arabic speaking ability.
