Senior Technical Implementation Lead – Secure Identity Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Technical Implementation Lead you will deliver secure identity and national identity solutions for government customers worldwide. This hands‑on senior role covers staging, deployment, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting and operational handover of complex solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex secure identity solutions across customer environments, planning and coordinating staging, installation, configuration, deployment and commissioning activities.
• Translate approved technical designs into clear implementation plans, work packages and deployment activities, and personally build, configure, troubleshoot and validate infrastructure.
• Deploy and support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, databases, backup and recovery components while ensuring activities meet project milestones, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical direction to implementation engineers, act as escalation point, and ensure production changes are planned, tested, documented and supported with rollback procedures.
• Identify and manage technical, operational and security risks, dependencies and deployment constraints, and ensure solutions are stable, documented and supportable before handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure implementation or delivery experience, with a track record of complex enterprise deployments in controlled customer environments.
• Hands‑on experience building, configuring, troubleshooting and validating enterprise infrastructure across multiple sites, customers, countries or time zones.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers, communicate with senior stakeholders and manage technical risks and production changes.
