Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

Presight Capital, the region’s leading big‑data analytics company powered by generative AI, is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑impact technical learning experiences. You will enable employees, customers and partners to adopt and maximise the value of Presight’s AI products, platforms and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive technical curricula for internal teams, customers and implementation partners.
• Develop instructor‑led workshops, self‑paced e‑learning modules, onboarding programs, certification tracks and detailed technical documentation.
• Translate complex AI, analytics and cloud concepts into intuitive, learner‑centric training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success and UX teams to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs based on product updates, learner feedback and business priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience designing and delivering technical training.
• Strong instructional‑design expertise with proven ability to create both instructor‑led and e‑learning content.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working with AI, machine‑learning or analytics solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
