Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

Presight, the region’s leading big‑data analytics company powered by generative AI, is looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver technical learning experiences. You will translate complex AI and analytics concepts into intuitive, learner‑centric programs for employees, customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive technical curricula covering Presight products, AI solutions, APIs, integration workflows and best‑practice deployment.
• Create instructor‑led sessions, self‑paced e‑learning modules, labs, workshops and certification pathways.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation such as user guides, implementation manuals, SOPs and FAQs.
• Deliver engaging virtual and onsite training, facilitate product demos and assess learner progress.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customer Success teams to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Establish governance standards for learning assets and measure effectiveness through feedback and adoption metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical training, enablement or instructional design within AI, data‑analytics or enterprise‑software environments.
• Proven ability to simplify complex AI, machine‑learning and analytics concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional Agile settings.

• Generative AI, Machine Learning and Data Analytics concepts.
• Cloud platforms, APIs and system integration knowledge.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Presentation and visual design tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Figma).
• Technical documentation and knowledge‑management platforms.
