Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

The Senior Technical Trainer will design, develop and deliver technical learning experiences that enable employees, customers and partners to adopt Presight’s AI‑driven products and platforms. Working closely with product, engineering and customer teams, you will translate complex AI and data‑analytics concepts into engaging, learner‑centric training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive technical curricula, including instructor‑led sessions, self‑paced e‑learning, labs, certifications and onboarding pathways for Presight solutions.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation such as user guides, implementation manuals, SOPs, FAQs and knowledge‑base articles.
• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training workshops, product demonstrations and certification programs to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, delivery and UX teams to keep learning content aligned with product releases and enhancements.
• Establish content governance, measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical training, instructional design or technical enablement within software, AI, data‑analytics or cloud environments.
• Proven experience with AI, generative AI, machine learning or data‑analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms and system integrations.
