Senior UAE Tax Advisor & Registered Tax Agent (FTA)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UAE Tax Advisor who is also a Registered Tax Agent with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). The role is based in Dubai and operates on a hybrid model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work. You will lead complex tax matters, represent the organization before the FTA, and provide strategic tax guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative before the UAE Federal Tax Authority, defending tax assessments and penalties.
• Draft, review, and submit technically robust responses to FTA audit notices, assessments, and information requests.
• Prepare and manage VAT reconsideration applications, appeals, and Tax Dispute Resolution Committee escalations in both Arabic and English.
• Lead end‑to‑end statutory tax audits, ensuring complete audit‑ready documentation.
• Provide proactive corporate advice on UAE Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, VAT, and Excise duties.

Required profile

• Active Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA membership.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on tax practice in the UAE.
• Proven direct‑tax advisory or compliance experience at a Big Four firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, or KPMG).
• Valid certification as a Registered Tax Agent with the UAE FTA.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
