About the role
The Senior UAV Pilot will conduct both ground and flight operations to ensure fleet serviceability, support ADASI commitments, and drive enhancements of unmanned aerial systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform non‑operational ground and flight activities, including GT, TT, FT, simulation and equipment testing to maintain fleet serviceability.
- Execute internal and external flight operations, participating in national and international deployments in line with ADASI commitments.
- Maintain operational currency of UAS and ensure the ADASI OPS Department remains operationally ready.
- Support miscellaneous operational tasks such as static and flight demonstrations and meet ADASI PIC requirements.
- Generate and maintain the Operational Equipment Status System to provide management visibility of equipment status.
- Develop and update local and standard operating procedures to ensure risk mitigation and compliance with aviation regulations.
- Carry out development‑related ground and flight activities aimed at UAS type enhancement.
