Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user‑centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze feedback to improve product usability and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product, or digital experience design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction and visual design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of user‑centered design principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
