Senior UX/UI Designer – Design Systems & Developer Handover

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who can bridge design and engineering. You will own the evolution of our design system and ensure seamless handover to developers, creating intuitive financial products for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system – components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Design end‑to‑end user experiences across core products, from concept to pixel‑perfect specs.
• Lead precise developer handover with annotated designs, interaction states, edge cases, and responsive behavior.
• Partner with frontend engineers to establish shared standards and a common language between design and code.
• Audit and maintain component consistency, identify gaps, and deprecate outdated elements.
• Contribute to design critiques, nurture design culture, and mentor mid‑level designers.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to simplify complex financial workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 2 years leading a design system.
• Proven track record of successful developer handover.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strong visual craft.
• Experience designing for regulated or data‑heavy products (fintech, banking) is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on expertise in Figma (variables, auto layout, component architecture, multi‑brand theming).

What we offer

• Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.
• Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
• Collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
• Being part of an international community dedicated to innovation in finance.
