Senior Vice President & Head of AI Products

About the role

Rakbank is building the future of banking through Artificial Intelligence. The Senior Vice President & Head of AI Products will lead the AI delivery engine, turning the bank’s AI strategy into a portfolio of products that create measurable business value for customers, employees and the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the AI strategy into an executable portfolio of AI products, platforms and capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary AI delivery squads focused on customer‑facing solutions and internal productivity initiatives.
• Enable enterprise‑wide AI adoption by providing tools, platforms, frameworks and reusable assets.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end AI product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize high‑impact AI initiatives and present executive updates.
• Build strategic relationships with technology partners, hyperscalers, AI vendors and research institutions.
• Champion a culture of innovation, responsible AI, experimentation and continuous learning.
• Lead AI governance, risk management and compliance across all initiatives.
• Manage the AI Lab budget to ensure effective investment and delivery of outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science or a related field is a plus.
• 10‑12 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Advanced Analytics or technology product delivery.
• 3‑4 years of experience leading teams of data scientists, AI engineers and product managers.
