Senior Waiter for New French Concept at Jumeirah Al Qasr

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter/ess to join the new French concept restaurant at Jumeirah Al Qasr, offering guests a refined dining experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and explain seating arrangements.
• Describe menu items, preparation methods and ingredients, and address allergy or dietary queries.
• Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu.
• Serve food using appropriate techniques while adhering to service standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, generate and present bills via the MICROS system and process payments.
• Obtain guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
• Basic food and hygiene training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud) system.
• Experience working in an international environment with cultural awareness.
• 1‑2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
