Senior Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performing web applications and websites. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions using Laravel and modern front‑end technologies while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel, Webflow, and Statamic.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for third‑party integrations and front‑end consumption.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers working with React.js or Vue.js to create responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application‑level issues.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment and production readiness.
• Optimize applications for speed, usability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional web development experience with strong Laravel expertise.
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
