Server Administrator / Service Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator and Service Delivery Lead to manage our enterprise infrastructure and guide a technical support team. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of critical systems while driving operational excellence and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day infrastructure operations and service delivery activities.
• Manage Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practices.
• Monitor SLA and KPI performance and implement continual service improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents.
• Mentor and manage L1 and L2 support engineers.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Produce operational reports, capacity planning, risk assessments, and service review documentation.
• Maintain compliance with security policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing technical support or infrastructure teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL Intermediate/Expert, Microsoft Certified, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator.
