Server – Sports Bar

About the role

Join the vibrant Sports Bar team at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai as a Server. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service and sharing your knowledge of the menu to create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly.
• Serve food and beverages, offering recommendations when needed.
• Share menu knowledge and handle special requests.
• Record transactions accurately in the MICROS POS system.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock tableware and supplies.

Required profile

• Excellent conversational and teamwork skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Previous serving experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance in a clean uniform.

Required skills

• MICROS POS system proficiency.
