Service Advisor - Toyota

About the role

Al-Futtaim Motors is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Service Advisor to represent Toyota in Dubai. The role is about building lasting customer relationships and delivering a seamless aftersales journey that drives satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.
• Drive monthly revenue through strategic upselling and smart discount management.
• Advise customers on their needs so vehicles are serviced right the first time.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and uphold on-time delivery promises.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction and service scores.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for a consistent, premium experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet targets and customer commitments.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of automotive products, processes and technical details.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
