Service Ambassador - Foreign Labour Services

About the role

The Service Ambassador is the main point of contact for customers of the Foreign Labour Services (DLS) unit, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transaction requests. The role relieves the current single-person dependency, improves service continuity during leave periods and reduces reliance on external Abu Dhabi centres. It is based in the Al Ain office, which has existing desk space and standard IT provisions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and explain transaction requirements.
• Receive, check, process and track DLS transactions within approved procedures and system permissions.
• Follow up on pending transactions and missing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
• Provide local coverage during colleagues' planned and emergency leave, including training leave.

Required profile

• High school or diploma; minimum 1 year of experience in customer interface, preferably in a service industry.
• Ability to communicate with managers, supervisors and fellow associates, and to engage with potential customers and members.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of pride for self and company integrity.
• English and Arabic, good written and spoken.
