Service Coordinator – AV Service Division

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Service Coordinator to support the AV Service Division at our Dubai service centre. The role blends project and installation coordination with front‑desk duties, ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate records and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project installations, maintenance visits, AMC schedules and service requests, tracking attendance and site assignments.
• Liaise with sales, site teams and customers to confirm appointments, project requirements and service updates.
• Receive and log repair submissions, track status, prepare estimates and manage collection/delivery of repaired items.
• Handle front‑desk activities, incoming calls, emails and visitor reception, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain service trackers, job cards, installation records, AMC details and completion reports, and follow up for service reports and customer acknowledgements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, preferably within AV, electronics, IT or technical services.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational, scheduling and follow‑up abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English and a professional telephone manner.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work full‑time on‑site.
