Service Coordinator (Dubai)

About the role

Rapiscan Systems is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Service Coordinator to oversee daily operations of its field service team at Dubai Airport. The role ensures that all service activities comply with contractual Service Level Agreements and supports seamless coordination between engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate field service jobs and schedule planned maintenance using ERP systems in line with contract requirements.
• Coordinate new installation projects at Dubai Airport, handling pass requirements for the field service team.
• Facilitate information flow from the out‑of‑hours call centre and manage handovers from overnight shifts.
• Maintain regular communication with field service, account managers, contract managers, supply chain, technical support, and partner managers across the MEA region.
• Ensure timely closure of service jobs, accurate paperwork in ERP, and correct posting of service orders to cost and inventory locations.
• Drive all service transactions through ERP, including service order creation, inventory management, and RMA processing.
• Provide administrative support for service contracts and act as backup for the MEA Service team when needed.
• Generate time‑and‑material quotations, send them to customers, and schedule work upon receipt of purchase orders.
• Monitor service KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in coordinating field service or technical support teams, preferably in an airport or security‑technology environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet SLA deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and administrative capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience in service order processing, inventory management, and RMA handling.
