Service Manager – Auto Workshop

About the role

BavarLand is opening a modern auto service centre in Dubai that focuses on German vehicles while also servicing other makes. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead daily workshop operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations and maintain safety standards.
• Distribute work orders and balance technicians’ workload.
• Control quality of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Provide accurate job estimates and communicate them to customers.
• Work with spare‑parts catalogues and pricing databases.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain service standards and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure timely availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager or Senior Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with spare‑parts catalogues and job‑estimation tools.
• Understanding of automotive repair market pricing.
• Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic a plus).
• Experience with German vehicles highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and team‑management abilities.
