Service Manager - Cash & Liquidity Platforms

About the role

ADIB is looking for a full-time Service Manager for its Cash & Liquidity Platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role leads the solution design, architecture, integration and delivery of long-term strategic initiatives for government and large corporate customers, covering wholesale banking, global transaction banking, risk and treasury. It manages end-to-end WBG and BBD application integrations and ensures secure, compliant, resilient platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architecture for wholesale banking, global transaction banking, risk and treasury, and manage WBG and BBD integrations with upstream and downstream systems
• Gather customer feedback and requirements, collaborate with IT, Design and Product teams, and use continuous integration and agile delivery to improve user experience
• Manage project rollouts, coordinate with vendors and business users, and document business requirements, change requests and data feeder designs
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, legal, regulatory, audit and business continuity principles, and maintain the GRC matrix
• Facilitate UAT, support go-live and post-go-live activities, and own deployment, validation and environment readiness
• Manage service requests, change requests, problem tickets and incidents, and escalate major incidents to ITOps/NOC
• Supervise closure of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing findings
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, proposals, contracting and onboarding
• Keep application profiles and documentation up to date and monitor application health

Required profile

• In-depth knowledge of WBG and BBD products and services
• Ability to understand business expectations, manage stakeholder expectations and act as single point of contact for IT requirements
• Experience in project delivery, vendor management and application management

Required skills

• Azure cloud provisioning and configuration
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) operations
• Log analysis with Azure Monitor, ELK, Dynatrace and Splunk
• Performance tuning of APIs, SQL and microservices
• Disaster recovery and resiliency testing
