Service Technician – Elevators & Escalators

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team in Sharjah. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on elevators and escalators.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• 5‑8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
