Services Specialist – Customer Service Management

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for internal Project Managers and Service Managers, ensuring seamless communication and high‑quality service delivery. The role involves managing critical projects and service workflows, resolving internal process inquiries, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OTR process, order bookings, revenue recognition reporting and drive continuous improvement.
• Create, structure and maintain hardware and services projects in SAP, including technical issue resolution.
• Support billing, invoicing, and tax compliance across regional requirements.
• Provide statutory audit support and assist with financial instrument development such as letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Generate purchase requisitions, manage vendor receipts and resolve payable issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably in finance or operations support.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• SAP ERP (including Project Builder and IBS modules).
• Revenue recognition and order‑booking processes.
• Financial reporting, audit support and tax invoicing knowledge.
