Shift Manager - Asset Protection

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead its Asset Protection team. You will oversee security operations across both gaming and non‑gaming areas, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all security operations during the assigned shift, acting as the on‑shift authority for security matters.
• Direct the Security Supervisor and team in deployment, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, resort policies, and internal controls.
• Oversee access control to restricted areas and ensure readiness of security equipment.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers, and review incident documentation for accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ security management experience in large integrated resorts.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and provide coaching and corrective guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or a related field.
• Strong leadership presence, high integrity, and effective communication skills.
• Understanding of gaming, hospitality, and security operating environments.
