Showroom Hostess / Receptionist

About the role

Join United Al Saqer Group’s Abu Dhabi Motors showroom as a Showroom Hostess/Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
• Manage the front‑office desk, handling walk‑in visitors and telephone enquiries.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry using the CRM system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.

Required profile

• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Organised, customer‑focused and able to prioritise tasks.
• Basic customer‑service experience, capable of directing visitors, calls, emails and appointments.

Required skills

• CRM data‑entry proficiency.
