Showroom Incharge

About the role

The Showroom Incharge will lead the Ajman showroom, driving sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Ajman showroom operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and marketing performance.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to track performance and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance (AR), Audit, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards within the showroom.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or a related field (preferable).
• 5–8 years of experience in showroom operations, HVAC‑related sales or business development.
• Strong product and market knowledge in the HVAC/MEP sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Full UAE driving licence.
