Showroom Receptionist - Customer Engagement

About the role

This hands‑on showroom receptionist role is the front‑line of the customer experience for a new automotive brand in the UAE. You will welcome visitors, manage enquiries across multiple channels and coordinate appointments, test drives and handovers with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers and create a professional first impression.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person.
• Schedule appointments, test drives and coordinate handovers with sales colleagues.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries and visit outcomes to ensure no lead is missed.
• Capture leads accurately in the CRM system and ensure clean handover to sales.
• Maintain reception area, waiting areas and overall front‑of‑house presentation standards.
• Support showroom activities, launches and customer events.
• Act as a central point of coordination between customers, sales, marketing and external partners.
• Resolve day‑to‑day showroom issues independently and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably in automotive, hospitality or luxury retail.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business.
• Strong email communication.
• Basic administrative tools.
