Site Architect – Construction Supervision

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Site Architect to lead the architectural supervision of large‑scale construction projects. You will ensure that design intent is faithfully executed on‑site, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to verify compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare progress reports, daily logs, inspection records, and change orders for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to address their needs and expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture and construction management.
• Proven experience supervising large‑scale horizontal building projects on‑site.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
