Site Architect

About the role

The Site Architect role is a critical position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of architectural integrity and project compliance. The successful candidate will lead reviews of construction‑related architectural submissions, mentor team members and coordinate across disciplines to deliver cohesive, compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and monitoring of architectural submissions to ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering professional development and excellence.
• Coordinate integration of architectural elements with façade, landscape, interior design, MEP services and other disciplines.
• Implement and oversee the Assurance system, QA/QC of drawings, and identify discrepancies, scope gaps, or missing details.
• Review and advise on all interfacing details, including façades, lifts, VT, parking strategy, acoustic and lighting requirements, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in architectural design and project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminium works and woodworking.
• Proven track record in architectural project scheduling and resource management using industry‑standard software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining architectural integrity.
