Site Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly committed and creative Site Architect to supervise and manage construction from the finishes stage through to handover on high‑rise projects. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience in consultancy supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project construction from finishes stage to completion, ensuring quality control of finishing works such as blockworks, plaster, cladding, joinery, and aluminium.
• Attend and assist site meetings, coordinate with main and sub‑contractors, and provide necessary information to the site.
• Conduct weekly site visits, issue observation reports and NCRs, and perform on‑site quality monitoring and snag inspections.
• Review IFC and CAD drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements before release to the site.
• Act as log master for submittals across all disciplines, monitor timelines, and ensure timely release.
• Register site changes, assess cost and time implications, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approvals.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior, landscape, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve clashes without affecting design.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Project Architect on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects in a consultancy or main‑contractor environment.
• Proven experience supervising high‑rise building construction.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability.

• Coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
