Site Civil Engineer – High‑rise Residential & Luxury Villas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead the construction of high‑rise residential towers and luxury villas in the Middle East. The role involves coordinating all site participants, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and strict project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Organise materials, maintain a safe and clean site environment.
• Ensure timely availability of appropriate materials and tools.
• Provide technical advice and suggest improvements on projects.
• Coordinate equipment and machinery with the plant/workshop.
• Follow up with suppliers for on‑time delivery of materials.
• Monitor all site activities to guarantee they meet specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Attend site meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with safety requirements.
• Study drawings, develop time plans and discuss them with the manager.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil site management and execution.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring project progress.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction methods and materials.
