Site Doctor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Alleanza Healthcare is looking for a qualified Site Doctor to deliver primary and emergency medical services at a remote project site in Abu Dhabi. The role operates on a rotational schedule, requiring the doctor to remain on‑site for the duration of each rotation and provide comprehensive healthcare support to all personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day primary care and urgent medical treatment to site staff.
• Assess, stabilise and manage medical emergencies on‑site.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Support occupational health programmes and health‑safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with site management to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi licence as a General Practitioner.
• Experience in remote‑site, industrial, construction or occupational healthcare settings.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to follow a rotational schedule and stay on‑site during rotations.
