Site Engineer

About the role

Venti Marble is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate on‑site activities for marble works, fit‑out works, and broader construction projects. The role ensures execution according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedules, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for marble, fit‑out, and construction works.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, shop, and detailed drawings.
• Oversee marble fabrication, delivery, installation, polishing, and snagging.
• Monitor site measurements, levels, alignments, and installation details.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure material compliance with approved samples and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site records.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, MEP, carpentry, etc.) to avoid conflicts.
• Supervise snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site engineering experience, preferably in marble, stone, fit‑out or interior works.
• Hands‑on experience with marble installation and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and finishing works.
• UAE driving licence holder.
