Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands‑on Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out and renovation projects in Dubai. The role combines daily site supervision with gradual ownership of project planning, client coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit‑out and renovation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements and communicate existing conditions and technical requirements.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions before work proceeds.
• Inspect finishing works, manage quality standards and coordinate inspections.
• Close snags promptly and ensure timely completion of works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries and site logistics.
• Assist with procurement, material planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress updates and communicate status to the team and clients.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing timelines, costs and deliverables, gradually taking full ownership of assigned projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit‑out/renovation experience (3‑6 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong hands‑on experience with interior finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
