Site Engineer - Pipes & Fittings

About the role

NAFFCO is seeking a Site Engineer specialized in pipes and fittings to lead fire‑stopping activities across multiple construction sites in Dubai. You will ensure that all works are executed to the highest quality, safety, and schedule standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise fire‑stopping site activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to guarantee accurate on‑site implementation.
• Plan and manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality, safety, and procedural requirements.
• Monitor productivity, identify challenges, and apply corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams for proper execution of fire‑stopping works.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fire‑stopping site execution and coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of site production, quality control, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
