Site Engineer – Projects

About the role

The Site Engineer supports the delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects in a large‑scale, complex operational environment. Working closely with the Project Manager, contractors and operational teams, the role ensures site activities are coordinated, safe and compliant with schedules, budgets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate on‑site activities with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against project plans, specifications and schedules.
• Prepare and implement project execution plans and related documentation.
• Track project progress, prepare daily site reports and update performance dashboards.
• Identify and escalate risks or delays to the project management team.
• Ensure HSE compliance, manage permits, access requirements and operational approvals.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and specification compliance.
• Maintain effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Support project close‑out activities, including inspections, testing and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience in large‑scale, complex operational environments (e.g., mixed‑use developments, critical infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, health‑safety‑environment standards and project documentation.
