Site Helper

About the role

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and physically fit Site Helper to support daily operations at its IT facilities in Dubai. The role involves assisting technicians, maintenance crews, and warehouse staff with material handling, site preparation, and general upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Assist site, maintenance, facilities, warehouse, and technical teams with daily operational activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, IT hardware, furniture and supplies.
• Prepare work areas before installations, repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, storage areas and corridors.
• Support emergency and urgent site activities as directed by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a site or general helper in an IT, warehouse, or facilities environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced site environment and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays or overtime when required.
