Site Inspector – Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Inspector to oversee Fit‑Out projects, ensuring works are completed to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of Fit‑Out works for compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor and supervise on‑site Fit‑Out activities from mobilisation through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors to develop and monitor work schedules and ensure material control.
• Inspect and coordinate MEP works, witness CHW, fire‑fighting and domestic water pressure testing, air balancing and electrical Megger testing.
• Report progress, quality issues, violations and corrective actions, and manage snagging inspections.
• Collaborate with HSE team on permit renewals and site safety requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Fit‑Out site inspection and tenant Fit‑Out projects.
• Proven background in civil & MEP coordination and contractor supervision.
• Familiarity with commercial, retail/F&B, high‑rise or mixed‑use developments.
