Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day construction activities on a high‑profile project in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for delivering finishing works safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, coordinating labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Drive site performance, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with ALEC’s HSE policies and promote safety on site.
• Manage quality assurance and control processes, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to track costs, variations, claims and progress valuations.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and contract documents to guarantee technical compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and local authorities to address project challenges.
• Supervise testing, validation and inspection activities supporting successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality and programme management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, implement mitigation measures and drive continuous improvement.
