Site Manager

About the role

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for commercial and tourism‑related building projects in the UAE. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning through handover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site construction activities for commercial projects.
• Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and HSE teams.
• Maintain compliance with UAE building regulations, QHSE standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality, safety, and specification adherence.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years managing commercial building projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience with high‑end finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
