Site Manager – Senior Construction Role in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the main contracting arm of a well‑established Dubai‑based interiors and contracting group. The role will lead projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, programme adherence and budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control projects from mobilisation to handover, meeting programme, budget and quality targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and financial performance and report to senior management.
• Coordinate procurement, material delivery and resource allocation to keep projects on schedule.
• Work with planning teams to track progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and authorities to secure approvals, inspections and statutory compliance.
• Oversee civil and construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and programme issues during construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a senior site or project management role.
• Strong background in civil construction; fit‑out experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record delivering villas and mixed‑use developments.
• Experience with a main contractor of similar scale, preferably in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of local authority requirements and construction approvals.
