Site Nurse – Occupational Health & Emergency Care

About the role

The Site Nurse will deliver first‑aid and basic medical care to Innovo’s workforce across project sites and labour camps, supporting occupational health initiatives and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for injuries and illnesses on site.
• Maintain accurate medical records and refer serious cases to appropriate facilities.
• Support occupational health screenings, awareness programmes and maintain first‑aid stations with adequate supplies.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, coordinate ambulance transfers and participate in emergency drills.
• Implement heat‑stress prevention measures, monitor at‑risk workers and deliver health‑awareness sessions on hydration and nutrition.
• Conduct hygiene and sanitation checks in labour accommodation camps and report communicable‑disease risks.
• Introduce modern tools and processes to improve medical service efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Nursing diploma or degree with a valid UAE nursing licence.
• 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational or industrial setting.
