Site Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Site Nurse to deliver occupational health services and emergency medical care directly on‑site. The role involves monitoring employee health, conducting assessments, and supporting the Health and Safety team to maintain a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular occupational and health assessments/surveillance on‑site.
• Plan and execute medical and emergency drills.
• Provide immediate first aid and medical care for injuries or emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety protocols.
• Monitor and promote general health and well‑being among the workforce.
• Maintain health records for all site personnel.
• Deliver occupational health and safety training sessions for workers.
• Coordinate with external medical professionals and services when required.
• Stay updated on industry occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
• Submit weekly/monthly occupational health & safety reports (first case, medical treatment case, injuries, etc.).
• Supervise trained First Aiders and work with the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Advise on preventive health measures implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Professional nursing certification or license.
• Relevant occupational safety and health (OSH) training is preferred.
