Site Project Manager, Luxury Residential Fit-Out

About the role

A boutique, design-led developer delivering ultra-luxury residential projects across the UAE is looking for a Site Project Manager with a strong interior fit-out or design and build background. The role takes ownership of on-site delivery across several live projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and suits someone who is as comfortable walking a site early as presenting progress to private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day interior fit-out delivery across multiple high-end residential projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Manage fit-out subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers, keeping quality, safety and programme on track
• Work with the in-house design team to turn design intent into flawless on-site execution
• Oversee bespoke joinery, stone, specialist finishes and MEP installations, including shop drawings and sample approvals
• Build and maintain project programmes, track costs and report progress to the leadership team
• Handle authority approvals and NOCs with the relevant bodies
• Run snagging, handover and close-out to an exceptional standard
• Represent the business to private clients with clear, confident updates

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years' experience delivering luxury residential projects such as villas, penthouses or private residences
• Proven interior fit-out or design and build background, gained with a fit-out contractor, design and build company or design-led developer
• Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager on interior fit-out projects
• UAE project experience, including working knowledge of local authority approvals
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture or a related field
• Valid UAE driving licence

• Understanding of high-end finishes, bespoke joinery and MEP coordination in a fit-out environment
• Ability to manage several sites at once while keeping attention to detail
• Polished communication with discerning private clients and design teams
