Site Security Manager – Datacenter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations in a fast‑growing datacenter environment in Ajman. Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will oversee the site security team, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain a safe, secure environment for staff and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage site security personnel, handling performance and development.
• Oversee daily security operations, ensuring adherence to site procedures.
• Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident reporting tools.
• Maintain security documentation, support audits and meet compliance requirements.
• Identify risks, propose and implement improvements to strengthen site resilience.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the Campus Security Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven people‑management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access‑control and incident‑management systems.
• Strong IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to emergencies.
• High integrity, professionalism and reliability.
