Ski Instructor – UAE Relocation Opportunity

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is looking for a qualified Ski Instructor to join its Ski Academy in the United Arab Emirates. You will deliver private and group ski or snowboard lessons to guests of all skill levels, ensuring safety, high‑quality instruction, and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private and group ski/snowboard lessons for all ages, including guests with special needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, manage lesson bookings, and promote additional services.
• Inspect, fit, and certify rental equipment before each use.
• Maintain guest safety throughout lessons and follow access‑control procedures.
• Support revenue growth through upselling and promotion of Ski Egypt services.
• Participate in instructor training, onboarding of new staff, and competition events.
• Adhere to company grooming standards, SOPs, HSE policies, and work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Internationally certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor.
• Minimum one season of experience in a ski academy, with proven kids‑teaching experience.
• Advanced skiing/snowboarding abilities suitable for professional instruction.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, customer‑service focused, and able to plan and organise lessons effectively.
• Flexible availability for shift work.
