Skilled Mason – Construction Projects in Dubai

About the role

We're looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Mason to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will deliver high‑quality masonry work on a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every task.

Key responsibilities

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding and concrete repairs according to project specifications and drawings.
• Read, interpret and analyze construction drawings, layouts and work instructions to ensure accurate execution.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, pavements and other structural elements with precision.
• Prepare, mix and manage mortar, cement and other construction materials to required standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team members and other trades to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Mason on active construction projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in blockwork, plastering, tiling and concrete repair.
• Ability to read and interpret basic to intermediate construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and site safety practices.
• Physical fitness and capability to work in demanding site conditions, including Dubai’s climate.
